This House is so full of Seoul: Seoul House

When the three of us were given a tip about a place offering all you can eat Korean BBQ for only $28 per person, we immediately told ourselves that we had to go to this place sooner or later. It wasn't until 3-4 months later until we finally visited this place, regretting the fact that we didn't start going to this place earlier.
There's a small variety of dishes you could choose from if you do choose to go for the all you can eat Korean BBQ. You can choose from Bulgogi beef, spicy pork, spicy chicken, calamari, baby squid, fried dumplings, spring rolls and soybean soup. Oh, and mushrooms as well.
According to other people who have eaten at this place before, the staff usually cook the meat for you. This didn't exactly happen to us, probably because there was a full house the night we came. Speaking of service, the service we received wasn't that great, we had waitresses rolling their eyes when we asked for more rice and walking around as if they're some bitch ass queen of the restaurant or something. There was a really nice, cute waitress though so that made things better.. Sort of.

Soybean soup, some of the others liked this but I thought it tasted... Well.. Shit.
One of the side dishes that we were all given. You're meant to eat this with the sauce on top. I personally didn't try this but I'm assuming it was alright since all I got in reply was a thumbs up.

Oh, and they give you metal chopsticks to eat with here! I'm assuming people in Korea eat with metal chopsticks.
With the spicy pork and chicken,  I personally couldn't tell the two apart, which was probably a result of the sauce being both too overwhelming for my taste and having cheap cuts of meat being used. The bugogi beef was nice though, being sweet as it should be and easy to eat.
We thought this jug they gave us was funny, had a picture of Yao Ming on it and all. (We know it isn't actually Yao Ming, we're just joking around)
As you keep cooking, the grill or pot thingy will become slightly charred, the people working here will change it when you ask them to, or when they think it'll affect how it'll cook the meat.
Overall, Seoul House was good value for money, we'd definitely recommend coming this place again. Yes the service wasn't satisfactory, but who could complain when you're only paying $28 to eat as much meat as you want?

Where is 'Footscray's best kebab house' ?

Footscray Best Kebab House truly does have a great reputation for their kebabs. For a mere $8.50, you can grab yourself a traditional large kebab filled with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, onions, garlic sauce, and of course, a good serving of juicy proteins! You have the hard decision of choosing between lamb or chicken to put in your kebab, but if it's too hard, por que no tienen? (Why can't we have both?) All this is then wedged into a pocket of crusty Turkish bread. They also have marinated skewers and other flavoured meats available if you feel adventurous!

I ordered a large lamb kebab with garlic sauce. I have always favoured Turkish bread over any other breads, so having a kebab that replaced the flat plain pita bread made the experience so much better. The lamb and the garlic sauce were served in generous proportions, enough so that even the last bites weren't just bread and lettuce that fell out into the bag ahha!

One downside to my Godwich was that there was not enough tomato slices to my liking.. All through my kebab, I only came across two slices. BUUUT, this does not outweigh the positives of this place. I would definitely revisit this temple all the time if I could.

They also have a special offer for students! A free can of drink for every purchase, we think it's just so they get us coming back ;)

Misty's Diner was pretty ........ MISTY

Ehhh ehhhhh, how good's the title?
Anyway, a few months back we visited Misty's Diner together, which is an American-style restaurant! I thought it was pretty cool because it's something new and I've never really been to a place like this before! The place was colourful and stylish and bright and cheery and it had a very happy atmosphere! Andrew had a western and bacon burger, Daniel had a western dog (hot dog) and I had the Misty's American Style burger!

The burger I had was goooooddd. Reeeeeeeeall good. I didn't have to wait too long for it to get served and it came out smelling really nice! It was like the greasy bacon-y meaty burgers you see on tv but it's alllll worth it! The burgers are also served with sides like chilli fries or taco nachos or taco fries or curly fries or waffle fries, which you don't really see often around restaurants in Australia so it was good trying it out!

Overall I would highly recommend you go check this place out, at least once! It's something new and it has burgers, hotdogs, fries, and meals you wouldn't usually be able to get anywhere else! Great service, great prices, great atmosphere!
